From our friends at The First 30 Days

According to the venerable C.S. Lewis, there are four kinds of love—Affection, Friendship, Eros and Agape. We all understand the ins and outs of most of these loves well. Affection is what we feel for family, mostly. Friendship is perhaps the best kind of love...next to Eros, of course, which we all hope for! And Agape is Big Love—the kind reserved for you and a higher power, an unending and boundless love that takes time and practice to learn.

It's Been a Month

I haven't been posting in a while. I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas, Happy Chanukah and a Happy New Year! So much has happened this year. Many teachers, many lessons! In Coaching, there are many questions. So, mine to you is, "Where are you going now from here?" As we bring in a New Year of new beginnings, "What are you intending to do. And how?" I have been studying the sacred, the inner meaning of things. What are the choices you are making saying about what you really believe? Just some thoughts! The best to you. Paula
